After that some things were cleared up but It just seemed like it would never be the same and that it would be best to just move on.

She apologized for the rough patch we had too and said that her and and the coworkers including me should hang out one day.

So on her last day I decided to go in and say bye to her and quickly clear things up to make myself feel better.

After that, we didn't really speak to each other, and were not on very good terms.. Then a few weeks after the incident, she decided to quit because of unrelated reasons.

But long story short we ended up getting mad at each other which resulted in her blocking me on snapchat.

Basically I met this girl at work, she's 16, I'm 18. I began to like her a lot and we got along really well.

We held eye contact for a couple of minutes, like 3-4 minutes or so.
